The colours of our products may be different to what appears on your monitor. Pyewear cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor is accurate.

7. DELIVERY OF GOODS
Pyewear retains right and title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the safe and timely delivery of products, you agree that Pyewear does not bear the risk nor is it liable for loss or damage to the products whilst they are in transit and that the risk of such loss or damage to products passes to you once they are in transit or are in the process of being delivered by the delivery contractor. We deliver to your business or residential address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes as the parcel requires a signature on delivery. Please allow approximately 5-10 working days for delivery of goods.
Deliveries will be made via Australia Post Registered Parcel Post Service.
Tracking is generally available at least two (2) days after shipment.
8. LATE DELIVERIES
Please allow up to three (3) business days for credit card payment and order processing.

9. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pyewear accepts payment via Visa or MasterCard. For non credit card orders, we will despatch your order once payment is received. We accept cheques, bank cheques, money orders and direct deposit to our bank account. Cheques are required to be cleared prior to dispatching your order. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
You and Pyewear agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.
