Shipping

We currently ship to Australia only. Please allow approximately 5-10 working days for delivery of goods.
Pyewear retains right and title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the safe and timely delivery of products, you agree that Pyewear does not bear the risk nor is it liable for loss or damage to the products whilst they are in transit and that the risk of such loss or damage to products passes to you once they are in transit or are in the process of being delivered by the delivery contractor. We deliver to your business or residential address. 
Deliveries will be made via Australia Post Regular Parcel Post Service. Tracking is generally available at least two (2) days after shipment.  Postage prices are based on quantity of order and will be calculated at time of checkout.

Please allow up to three (3) business days for credit card payment and order processing.
If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact our Online department at contact@pyewear.com
Pyewear will refund items that are faulty, unfit for the product’s intended purpose, or different to those shown or described to you. Refunds are not available if damage has occurred when they have been used for purposes with which they were unintended.
Refunds will not be made for change of mind.
We will credit your original method of payment. Proof of purchase is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.
If your item has been purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a third party retailer.
If you purchased from our online store, please contact us at  contact@pyewear.com detailing your issue before returning the item to ensure you qualify for a refund in line with our refunds policy.

Please send the product back to us via mail and allow up to three weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
